The Selection Procedure of the Exam will be as follows:
- Written Exam
- Interview
Exam Pattern for SPMCIL Assistant Manager Posts:
Selection process for the posts will comprise of an online test (75% weightage) and Interview (25% weightage). The candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit in the respective category in the ratio of 1:4.
- The objective type online examination will consist of following components

The applicants are requested to keep checking the Company’s website www.spmcil.com for any change in the examination date/other information.
ii. The online examination will be conducted at various centers in Delhi/Noida/Gurugram/Faridabad.
